Very happy I found Tri State Pest after doing research. They are courteous and patient, which is helpful as a new home owner. We had a first full bug treatment last month which was super effective. We are now getting our mosquito treatment with Jeff who is has been professional and friendly. I love the fact that they are a local family owned business, which I am happy to support. Excellent service and pricing that was better then expected. They also stand behind their work. I'm excited to continue to work with them!

Technician Denny was at my home to perform our quarterly treatment. WOW. He was kind, respectful, professional and knowledgeable. He treated my home as if it were his own. Bonus points for properly closing my gate and ensuring it was latched! He's a great asset and ambassador for the company.

Called and per their website, same day service! They squeezed me in and arrived at the start of the two hour arrival window. Gio was wonderful and offered great tips and insight! Great new customer experience for sure. Ended up contracting for a full year (quarterly) service agreement, with the assurance that if issues arise before the next service, they’ll come out and take care of it as part of the contract. They had a $50 off special and because we signed up and paid upfront for a year, there was an additional 10% discount.

Love this company. Have been using them for over 10 years. Very courteous of our home and belongings. They even close the gate when leaving the yard so the dog doesn’t get out. The technicians are very informative of the various bugs and educate us as needed. By paying a year in advance it covers quarterly treatments and any time in between as needed. Highly recommend Tri-State Pest Management!

I have had Tri-State for 1 Year. At first I wasn't so impressed because I was still seeing a good amount of roaches. They just kept multiplying. I was honored to get a new Technician Danny. He came in and totally got rid of the roaches. In addition I contracted Fleas over the summer. I had 2 other techs and they were not able to get rid of the fleas. Danny came out and I have no more fleas. He is amazing and thorough. He has a pleasant attitude and very professional. I will only let Danny service my home. He is defiantly an asset to this company. Please don't hesitate to call Tri-State. Ask for Danny. You will not be disappointed.
